This includes your name, verified phone number, email address, and workout booking history. We do not store full credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly to provide marketplace services: generating encrypted dynamic QR passes for gym entry, processing booking transactions, sending check-in confirmations, providing 24/7 customer assistance, and issuing payouts to verified gym operators.
3. Sharing with Partner Gyms
When you purchase a pass for a partner facility, only necessary check-in information (your name, booking reference, and entry status) is securely shared with the gym's front desk portal for access validation and safety compliance. We never sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
4. Data Security & Storage
All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Pass tokens expire automatically after use. Database records are maintained in secure cloud data centers with continuous monitoring and automated threat detection.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You retain full control over your personal profile. You may request a copy of your stored records or request complete deletion of your account and booking history at any time by contacting privacy@grabmygym.com.
