Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing passes or using the Grab My Gym platform. These terms govern your access to verified fitness facilities across India.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing partner fitness facilities, or purchasing single-visit passes or memberships through Grab My Gym ('Platform'), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Marketplace Service & Role
Grab My Gym is an on-demand fitness access marketplace connecting individual members with verified independent gyms, crossfit boxes, and fitness studios. Grab My Gym does not own or directly operate partner gym facilities.
3. Pass Validity & Check-In Protocol
Passes purchased on Grab My Gym are valid for the specific session, day, or subscription duration selected at checkout. Entry requires presenting your dynamic QR pass at the gym reception desk along with valid government ID on the first visit. Passes are non-transferable unless booked as guest passes.
4. Member Conduct & Facility Rules
Members must adhere strictly to the rules, safety guidelines, and operating hours of partner gyms. This includes mandatory athletic footwear, racking weights after use, and respecting facility staff. Partner gyms retain the right to deny entry for disruptive or unsafe conduct.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Instant Invoicing
All pass prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Upon successful payment via UPI, debit card, or credit card, a digital tax invoice and booking pass confirmation are instantly issued to your account.
6. Limitation of Liability & Health Disclaimer
Physical exercise involves inherent health risks. You certify that you are in suitable physical condition for gym workouts. Grab My Gym and partner facilities are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions or improper equipment usage.
